THE room was an Executive Penthouse Suite No Spa Access. It was a great size for me. I noticed fresh towels in the bathroom every day. Breakfast had many options, it catered to all tastes.

The staff are what makes this place special. They were ALL so friendly and just above and beyond nice. Nothing was too much trouble. They really cared that you had a nice time. I stayed for a spa break alone and got the included meal as room service. The food was delicious.

The room was great and spacious. It was in the corner and next to the stairs. This meant that I could access the car park really quickly and easily. The room was clean.

The spa is beautiful and clean, with plenty of different thermal experiences. There WERE around 3 different steam rooms and 4 saunas. There is a beautiful indoor hydrotherapy pool and two outdoor hot tubs.

The food in the Orangery was beyond superb. The complimentary bread and fillet steaks were delicious. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast too was delicious with plenty of options.

The hotel IS located near a car park. This made it easy to access. The grounds are well-kept. There are also bar and restaurant facilities. These are easily accessible.
